Creative Art!!

28th Nov 2025

Our students had a wonderful time exploring their creativity in the great outdoors during our recent Creative Art Day. We were delighted to welcome Aideen, our assigned artist, who shared an engaging and insightful talk with the children about the different aspects of creativity. She introduced them to five key creative habits: inquisitive, collaborative, persistence, discipline and imaginative. The children were captivated as Aideen followed her talk with an inspiring slideshow featuring artwork from famous artists around the world. Filled with fresh ideas and enthusiasm, the students put on their coats and boots and headed outside to begin creating their own natural art pieces. They thoroughly enjoyed gathering and foraging for materials in nature;leaves, twigs, stones, and anything else that sparked their imagination. Each child crafted a unique piece of outdoor art, thoughtfully inspired by the environment around them.To finish the day, the children took part in a “gallery walk,” exploring and admiring each other’s creations. Every student had the opportunity to present their artwork and share the idea and inspiration behind their design.
