Yesterday, Emper N.S. proudly hosted our annual Emper Football Tournament on the school grounds. It was a fantastic day filled with skill, teamwork and great fun. We were delighted to welcome teams from St. John’s (Edgeworthstown), St. Thomas’ (Rathowen) and Boher National School to join us for the competition. The children played with great spirit, showcasing their football skills and excellent teamwork throughout the day. At the end of the tournament, every player was rewarded with a goodie bag to celebrate their efforts and participation. As this event marks the end of our GAA activities for this term, the children of Emper N.S. rounded off their season with a well-deserved pizza party, recognising their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm for football over the past weeks. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success and well done to all the players who took part!
