We would like to wish everyone a very happy St Brigid’s Day. Over the past week, our school has been alive with activity as the children learned about St Brigid, the patron saint of our school, and her importance in our faith and history.
The children have been busy creating beautiful artwork, making St Brigid’s crosses for Mass this Sunday and putting together wonderful displays throughout the school. They also spent time exploring the life of St Brigid and reflecting on the values she represents. A big thankyou to Carmel Maguire who demonstrated a workshop in how to make a variety of different St Brigid's crosses.
