May is a special time in our school community as we honour Mary, the Mother of God. Throughout the school, a spirit of reflection and devotion is evident as each class has lovingly created its own May altar. These beautiful displays, filled with flowers, images, and symbols of Mary, provide a quiet space for prayer and remind us of her gentle presence in our lives.
During this month, the children have also been learning about the Rosary and how to pray it together. As a whole school, we come together each day to say the Rosary.
Our senior pupils are taking on a special role during May. Each Thursday before Mass, they will lead a decade of the Rosary, inviting members of the wider community to join us in prayer.
