Mindfulness!

As part of our school wellbeing initiative, the children have begun their mindfulness lessons this term. These sessions are designed to help pupils develop a sense of calm, focus, and self-awareness in their everyday lives. Through simple breathing exercises, guided reflections, and relaxation activities, the children are learning valuable self-coping skills that support their emotional wellbeing. Mindfulness encourages them to take time to pause, notice their feelings, and find peaceful ways to manage challenges.
