Our students had an exciting and engaging session with VEX Robotics this week. During the workshop, the children worked together to build their own robots, carefully assembling the different components and learning how each part plays an important role in making the robot function.
Once their robots were built, the students moved on to the next challenge — coding their robots to move. Using simple programming commands, they learned how to control their robots’ movements, testing and adjusting their code to make sure everything worked correctly. It was wonderful to see the children problem-solving, collaborating, and showing great perseverance as they refined their designs.
The highlight of the session came at the end, when the children raced their robots against one another.
